FullStack seeks a WordPress Developer to join a remote, project-based environment working with U.S. clients. You will integrate into the client's team and collaborate daily with designers and engineers to deliver WordPress-based solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of web development with WordPress, strong PHP/JS/HTML/CSS, and experience with search plugins, UX, and Agile/Scrum practices. This position offers 100% remote work and opportunities to work on large, complex systems.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on web development.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• Track record of evaluating, building, and implementing WordPress search engines and plugins (e.g., Relevanssi, SearchWP, ElasticPress, or Algolia).
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design, site architecture, and content navigation optimization.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex usability and search-related issues.
