Tidal is hiring a Visual Designer & Content Creator for a growing home and lifestyle brand. Remote, independent contractor role with approximately 40 hours/week.

You will design ads, social posts, and email graphics to improve interactions and opens, while managing calendars and influencer coordination. Ideal candidates have a strong design portfolio, hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, and Photoshop, and a track record of supporting ecommerce brands through compelling visuals across

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in visual design, social media, or content creation within ecommerce or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social content, ads, email creatives, and branded assets.
• Proficient in Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop; able to design email campaigns and flows.
• Experience planning and publishing social calendars and coordinating content schedules.
• Experience managing influencer outreach and user-generated content programs.

Responsabilidades

• Design static ads, social posts, short-form videos, and email graphics to boost engagement.
• Improve email flows and visual design across Klaviyo campaigns.
• Manage and publish the social media content calendar; schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Research trends, competitors, and hooks to inform new creative concepts.
• Lead influencer program activities: sourcing, outreach, briefs, and content collection.
• Repurpose product imagery and brand assets across social, email, ads, web, and print.
