BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Clojure/ClojureScript) to own features across a retail AI platform, spanning database design, backend API development, and frontend interfaces colleagues rely on daily.

Joining a team of experienced Clojure engineers, you'll build services that connect with LLM APIs, coordinate multi-step AI workflows, and support semantic search across large-scale product catalogs.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong command of Clojure and production ClojureScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL schema design
• Experience with LLM APIs in production environments
• Familiarity with REST API design principles
• Proficiency with functional programming toolchain (shadow-cljs, re-frame, reagent)
• Exposure to prompt engineering or non-deterministic model outputs
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of features across the stack
• Develop backend services connecting to LLM APIs
• Coordinate multi-step AI workflows
• Support semantic search across large product catalogs
• Make architectural and technical decisions in a fast-paced team
