Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development experience; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience with React.
• Experience working on large, complex systems.
• Four‑year college degree required.
• Strong ownership and accountability in estimates and delivery.
• Ability to align with Bluelight's clients' goals and deliver on commitments.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and following them.
• Ability to tackle new issues and contribute to libraries.
• Ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Positive mindset with a can‑do attitude.
