Outlier is recruiting for a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, rating model responses, and crafting clear computer science prompts. The role offers flexible remote work and compensation per hour with performance incentives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, production-code experience, and strong English communication. 1099 freelance contract across multiple countries is possible.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
