Bluelight Consulting LLC is looking for a skilled Product Analyst to join its team in Antofagasta, Chile. In this role, you will build new features for our SaaS product and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts. The position offers a flexible and remote-friendly work environment, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Experience writing high-quality PRDs and user stories.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Figma.

Responsabilidades

• Build out features for the SaaS product based on stakeholder needs.
• Write PRDs to align teams around product goals.
• Create and maintain Jira tickets with clear acceptance criteria.
