Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls and guiding campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will craft 90-day roadmaps, optimize campaigns, and drive long-term client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Lead the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Foster account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
