BairesDev is hiring a Backend Engineer (Node) to build and maintain server-side applications within the Node.js ecosystem. You will contribute to high-performance APIs and event-driven services, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable REST and GraphQL APIs, work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and deploy on AWS Lambda or ECS. A strong command of English and 4+ years of backend experience are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in building scalable APIs and event-driven services with Node.js and TypeScript.
• REST or GraphQL API design with asynchronous patterns.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience deploying on AWS Lambda or ECS.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize event-driven services and asynchronous processing patterns.
• Manage PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases for performance and integrity.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-based services using AWS Lambda or ECS.
• Write unit and integration tests with Jest or Vitest.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and specs.
