BairesDev is hiring a data engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data processing systems on Google Cloud Platform. You will develop scalable Python-based pipelines, leverage BigQuery for analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet data needs globally.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Cloud Data Management.
• Proven expertise in leading the development of scalable data systems on Google Cloud Platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development.
• Deep understanding of GCP-native services, specifically BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
• Hands-on experience overseeing complex data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain robust data processing systems and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store data from diverse sources using Python and GCP services.
• Leverage BigQuery to build high-performance analytics warehouses and enable large-scale querying for business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and implement end-to-end data solutions that support organizational goals.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security by implementing best practices for data governance and proactive system monitoring.
• Evaluate and integrate new GCP services to continuously improve the performance and cost-efficiency of the data infrastructure.
