Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner organization, is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Chile for a fully remote, six-month contract with an Australian client. You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, develop interactive content with Articulate, manage LMS assets, and ensure SCORM compliance through QA and iterative improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of instructional design experience and strong visualization,

Qualifications

Two years of instructional design experience or relevant qualifications.
Hands-on with interactive multimedia content using Articulate.
Experience with LMS and SCORM concepts.
Strong visual design, storyboarding and content development skills.
Experience writing instructional copy and audio/video scripts.

Responsibilities

Develop interactive digital learning materials using Articulate.
Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into engaging e-learning.
Create storyboards, copy, and audio/video scripts aligned to objectives.
Develop and manage LMS content and SCORM-compliant assets.
Conduct usability testing and QA for reliable learning resources.
Ensure materials comply with standards and IP regulations.
Support design, development, implementation, and handover of projects.
Work with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
Review and improve existing programs and learning outcomes.
