Coderio is seeking a hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineer to manage, scale, and automate our AWS-hosted infrastructure powering our platform. You will work with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, observability, and IaC practices.

You will automate infrastructure with CloudFormation and Terraform, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-availability production environments across global clients.

Formación

• 3+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience operating production infrastructure on AWS.
• Proficiency with IaC tooling; CloudFormation preferred and Terraform highly valued.
• Hands-on with Docker and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
• Experience building/troubleshooting release pipelines (GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Working knowledge of production monitoring, logging, tracing (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk).
• Linux systems and automation using Bash or Python.
• Advanced English communication across distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: Provision, maintain, and scale AWS infra (ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Infrastructure as Code: Automate infra delivery with CloudFormation & Terraform with proper state management and security.
• CI/CD & Automation: Maintain and optimize pipelines for frequent, repeatable deployments.
• Observability & Monitoring: Maintain production dashboards and alerts for fast incident detection.
• Application & Platform Support: Support containerized workflows and services (Ruby on Rails, React).
• Reliability & Security: Apply least-privilege, participate in on-call rotations, RCA after incidents.
