Pearster is seeking Data Entry Specialists for a 3-month, 100% remote project servicing LATAM clients. The role focuses on accurate data entry from various sources into internal systems.

Ideal candidates will have experience in data entry, admin support, or data processing with strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to follow structured workflows. English at B2+ and LATAM-based location are required.

Qualifications

• Must-have: English B2 level or higher and ability to follow structured processes.
• Must-have: prior data entry, data processing, or administrative support experience.
• Must-have: strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Ability to work remotely and independently on high-volume tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in the client's internal application.
• Review data from CRM, Excel, and OMS.
• Process requests following established workflows.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tickets.
• Follow knowledge bases and process docs.
