IQVIA is seeking a Leader of the Centralized Monitoring team to partner with the project and clinical leads to achieve project objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery, in accordance with IQVIA SOPs and practices. You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage global projects, resources and analytics, and mentor junior staff.

Mandarin/English language is not required; English is mandatory for communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable local regulations for clinical trials.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs, risks and regulatory tasks.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy, RBM tools and study analytics approaches.
• Attend study team and client meetings and communicate decisions.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness.
