Job summary

FullStack is seeking a senior DevOps engineer to join client teams remotely across the Americas. You will integrate into existing design and engineering squads to accelerate AI-enabled deployment and production readiness. The role requires 5+ years in DevOps, cloud-native CI/CD, IaC, and strong English communication.

You will work on scalable cloud infrastructure, security best practices, and observability, while maintaining a relentless ownership mindset and Agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• 1-3 years of AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic AI tools.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep experience with CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Practical experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
• Ability to align with client goals and deliver commitments.
