Corteva Agriscience is hiring a Compliance & Shipping Specialist for our Arica, Chile Research Center. You will act as the main point of contact for import/export activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely documentation.

You will lead data management for seed production compliance, prepare permits with SAG, and support CAMS/RMS across site teams. On-site work required with strong collaboration across departments.

Formación

• Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering is required.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• On-site work at Arica Research Center.
• 3 years of professional experience preferred.
• Experience in seed companies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for all import/export activities and regulatory compliance within the research center.
• Lead regulatory execution and data management to ensure compliance with seed production requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation to obtain permits from local authorities (SAG).
• Ensure adherence to the Research Material Movement Procedure and implement preventive actions.
• Plan and prepare documentation for seed shipments, ensuring phytosanitary compliance.
• Manage seed import/export tasks for production programs, including logistics and permits.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across seed production processes and provide training.
• Support CAMS/RMS compliance across site teams.
• Stay aligned with global seed movement strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the contact for SAG inspections and ensure timely information delivery.
• Maintain updated phytosanitary requirements for seed import/export and prepare inspections docs.

Responsabilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all import/export activities and regulatory compliance within the research center.
• Lead regulatory execution and data management to ensure compliance with seed production requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation to obtain permits from local authorities (SAG).
• Ensure adherence to the Research Material Movement Procedure, implementing corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Plan and prepare documentation for seed shipments (incoming and outgoing), ensuring compliance with phytosanitary and research seed production requirements.
• Manage all tasks related to seed import/export for production programs, including logistics, permits, and tracking.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across all seed production processes within research programs and provide training as needed.
• Support the implementation of CAMS/RMS compliance across all site teams.
• Stay aligned with global strategies regarding seed movements, shipments, regulatory requirements, and research management systems, implementing changes as required.
• Serve as the key contact for SAG inspections and requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
• Maintain updated phytosanitary requirements for seed import/export and prepare documentation for inspections.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering (Required)
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced level).
• Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (preferred).
• Previous experience in an agricultural or seed company (preferred).
• Availability to work on-site at the Research Center in Arica.
