Qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Proven experience in Clinical Research and on-site monitoring
• Experience monitoring within the US
• Ability to supervise project activities as Regional Lead or equivalent
• Oncology experience required; GI preferred
• Full working proficiency in English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage projects in compliance with ICH-GCP and essential study documents
• Act as primary/secondary PM contact for designated countries
• Perform study status reviews and progress reporting as delegated
• Collect and report project status updates for regions
• Develop and update project planning documents and manuals
• Manage KPIs and ensure timelines and enrollment targets are met
• Coordinate site startup, budget negotiations, and site payments
• Supervise training of project team and investigators
• Ensure audits/inspections readiness and findings resolution
