Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional software development experience, 3+ years with React, and a four-year college degree. You will collaborate with a diverse client-focused team, engage in CI/CD practices, and continuously learn and grow.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development experience; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience with React.
• Experience on large, complex systems.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and meet expectations.
• Commitment to delivering for Bluelight's clients and achieving agreed goals.
• Understanding of best practices and ability to follow them.
• Ability to tackle new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Forensic attention to detail.
