Job summary

World Courier in Santiago, Chile seeks a Pharmacist with 2–3 years of experience to join our depot team. You will ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and local health regulations, manage labeling and documentation, and support audits and quality checks.

The position requires a degree in Pharmacy, local license, and English proficiency, with strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy or diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Pharmacist registration with the applicable Ministry of Health in Chile.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience; regulated pharma/depot or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with government legislation, local health requirements, and World Courier procedures.
• Follow SOPs for all depot activities and manage product status changes.
• Perform quality checks related to relabeling and maintain product documentation and records.
• Support organization, maintenance, and accuracy of product-related documentation.
• Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist when required and conduct periodic depot self-inspections.
• Identify staffing/scheduling issues affecting depot operations.
