Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking a Project Controller to perform cost and schedule control and assist in development of project controls activities across a project or assignment.

The role involves preparing work breakdown structures, compiling cost data for budgets, and developing procedures for cost control and scheduling. You will participate in weekly cost reviews and help maintain key schedules; travel may be required for project assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field with substantial experience.
• Strong communication with stakeholders including management, clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of local, state/province and national regulations as applicable.
• Ability to learn and apply project controls concepts and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures and project coding for control and integrity.
• Accumulate and compile cost data to prepare budgets and track progress.
• Develop cost control and scheduling procedures and execution plans.
• Participate in weekly project cost reviews and schedule meetings.
• Develop and maintain project and control level schedules.
