A leading pharmaceutical company in Santiago, Chile is seeking Local Brand Managers to define and implement product strategies, lead promotional activities, and collaborate with teams to ensure brand growth.   • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses.
  • Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.
  • Execute central and regional marketing activities.
  • Monitor product performance and external environment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams.
Descripción del empleo

- Local Brand Managers OR global / regional / local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function.

- Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  1. Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
  2. Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of the tactical plans to ensure brand growth. Lead promotional activities in line with SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  3. Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses. Assess marketing mix for cost-effectiveness and results.
  4. Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.
  5. Execute central and regional marketing activities.
  6. Monitor product performance and external environment; take corrective actions as needed.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities.
  8. Scout centers, KOLs, and OLs by disease within the territory.
  9. Identify specific needs for each patient segment and the implications of the disease.

Key performance indicators:

  • Market share and growth.
  • Performance management and employee relations, including feedback, meetings, and surveys.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance.
