Outlier invites you to join a remote program where you apply your software engineering skills to train AI models in code generation. You’ll review AI-produced code, rate model responses for accuracy and instruction adherence, and craft strong CS prompts. This 1099 contract offers flexible LATAM-wide participation with competitive pay and incentives.

Your Work as a QA Coder

Ideal Qualifications

Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.

Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.

Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
