BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Penetration Tester to join our fully remote global team. You will conduct authorized security tests on web applications and infrastructure, document findings, and deliver actionable remediation guidance to engineering teams.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in Application Security or Offensive Security, strong experience with Burp Suite and Metasploit, and excellent English. We offer flexible hours, remote work from anywhere, and competitive USD compensation.

As a Penetration Tester, you will perform authorized simulated attacks on systems and applications to identify vulnerabilities before they can be exploited by malicious actors. You will play a critical role in strengthening the security posture by uncovering weaknesses and providing actionable remediation guidance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on web applications and infrastructure to identify security flaws.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Burp Suite and Metasploit to simulate sophisticated cyberattacks.
• Document detailed findings, including the severity of vulnerabilities and technical steps to reproduce them.
• Provide clear and practical remediation recommendations to development and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on the latest threat vectors, exploits, and offensive security methodologies.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Application Security, Penetration Testing, or Offensive Security.
• Proven expertise in performing authorized simulated attacks on web applications and systems.
• Proficiency with security testing tools including Burp Suite and Metasploit.
• Strong background in identifying vulnerabilities and providing actionable remediation reports.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
