A reputable healthcare provider in Valparaíso is looking for a Patient Access Representative to support the intake process for ABA therapy services. This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, as well as prior experience in ABA or behavioral health intake. Patient Access Representative – ABA Services (Bilingual)

The Patient Access Representative – ABA Services supports the front-end patient experience by handling intake communications, verifying information, and coordinating next steps for ABA therapy services. This role is highly patient-facing and requires bilingual fluency.

Prior ABA or autism services experience is required due to the specialized nature of care.
