FullStack is actively seeking a Machine Learning Operations Engineer (AI/ML) to join our talent network and collaborate with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development work. You will integrate into client teams, deploy ML models to production, and work with designers and engineers daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development with ML and MLOps.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Experience deploying ML models to production via APIs/endpoints.
• Experience implementing MLOps: tracking, versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with LLMs or Generative AI concepts.
• Solid understanding of containerization, cloud platforms, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for ML development, automation and production applications.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow; Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience with agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, or LangGraph is a plus.
• Ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to own your work and align with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and work with designers and engineers daily.
• Develop and deploy ML models to production via APIs/endpoints.
• Implement ML lifecycle processes including tracking, versioning, monitoring.
• Work with LLM/Generative AI integrations.
• Ensure CI/CD for ML applications.
