Language Matters is an Indiana, USA based language company that especializes in translation, interpretation, cultural training, and language access research.

Specialists take on the meaningful and exciting task of supporting the growth and maintenance of Language Matters. Specialists will assist Managers and Directors as they deliver services to clients and take on a variety of roles such as: tutoring, call center, and translation services as requested by company Managers and Directors.

This is a Remote position

Full-Time Position: 4 0 hours per week

Compensation: $ 8 6 6. 0 0 - $ 1, 0 0 0. 0 0 (USD) per month

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent communication with Managers, Specialists, and other business partners
• Support LM Management team as they deliver a variety of services to clients
• Assist in the LM Bilingual Call Centers
• Tutor LM tutoring clients (English, Spanish)
• Support leadership and current Language Specialists with translation projects
• Support leadership with business development and communication projects
• Make recommendations to Management team to improve the services provided
• Support Managers as they train other Specialists
