IQVIA, a leading healthcare insights firm in Santiago, seeks an Associate/ Primary Research Manager to lead quantitative and qualitative fieldwork. You will partner with account teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure studies run on time, within budget, and to high quality standards across onshore and offshore resources.

Responsibilities include overseeing fieldwork, managing HCP and patient recruitment, vendor relations, feasibility assessments, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral.
• Minimum 5 years market research experience, including fieldwork management.
• Healthcare market research experience with exposure to HCP and patient recruitment.
• Minimum 2 years performing feasibility assessments across study types and audiences.
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic SQL proficiency for data querying and validation.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end fieldwork for quantitative and qualitative studies, ensuring timelines, quotas, and quality standards.
• Oversee healthcare research projects involving HCP and patient recruitment.
• Monitor live fieldwork, recruitment pacing, risks and course corrections.
• Conduct feasibility assessments across study types, audiences, and methodologies.
