Job summary

Vylor in Arica, Chile seeks a Compliance & Shipping Specialist to manage import/export activities and regulatory compliance at our research center. You will lead data management and regulatory execution to meet seed production requirements.

You will prepare permits, ensure phytosanitary compliance, coordinate seed shipments, and support CAMS/RMS across site teams. On-site work at the Arica Research Center is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering (Required).
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced).
• Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (preferred).
• Previous experience in an agricultural or seed company (preferred).
• Availability to work on-site at the Research Center in Arica.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for import/export activities and regulatory compliance.
• Lead regulatory execution and data management for seed production compliance.
• Prepare and submit reports to obtain permits from SAG.
• Ensure adherence to the Research Material Movement Procedure with corrective actions.
• Plan and prepare documentation for seed shipments with phytosanitary compliance.
• Manage seed import/export tasks including logistics and permits.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across seed production processes.
• Support CAMS/RMS compliance across site teams.
• Align with global seed movement strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with SAG inspections and information requests.
• Maintain updated phytosanitary requirements for seed import/export.
