PartnerOne is seeking a seasoned Performance Engineer to lead enterprise testing efforts, ensuring scalability and reliability across distributed cloud and hybrid environments.

You will design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies, identifying bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure, and collaborating with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness.

Formación

• Experience with performance and scalability testing across distributed systems.
• Strong Azure cloud and Kubernetes (AKS) expertise.
• Proven ability to lead offshore Performance Engineer staff.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated performance pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise performance engineering to ensure system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness. Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness, optimize performance, and support high-availability cloud deployments.
