Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will bridge clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

You'll shape scope for client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, collaborating with UI/UX and QA to ensure what is shipped solves the problem. This role requires strong English communication and multi-client experience.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile/Scrum.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals, workflows, and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Support project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories for engineering estimates.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Prioritize and groom the backlog with the Product Manager ahead of each sprint.
• Collaborate with UI/UX design to ensure flow consistency and flag gaps before development.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current.
• Work with QA to ensure acceptance criteria translate into solid test coverage.
• Support sprint demos and coordinate user acceptance testing with clients.
