Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear computer science prompts. This remote, LATAM-friendly role offers flexible hours and 1099 contract terms. You’ll contribute to high-impact AI model training while earning competitive per-hour compensation.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, production-grade coding experience, and excellent written and spoken English. Apply from anywhere in Latin America.

Your Work as a QA Coder

Review AI-generated code: Read through code produced by AI models and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.

Rate and rank model responses: Score responses across key dimensions — accuracy, instruction following, and presentation — to help improve model output.

Write computer science questions: Develop clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models and push the boundaries of their coding ability.

Ideal Qualifications
