YO AI Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert on a remote, contractor basis to contribute to financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research for customer projects.

You will apply investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial scenarios, support AI system training, and help prepare pitchbooks and client materials. Preferred candidates have senior IB experience and strong Excel modeling skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Formación

• Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Investment Banking Expert

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
