NTT DATA seeks an experienced Network Security Engineer to manage perimeter security incidents and provide operational support for Check Point, Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet platforms. You will work with the Networking team to diagnose complex connectivity issues, perform controlled firewall changes, and document procedures for knowledge transfer and incident resolution.

Role requires strong networking fundamentals, English proficiency, and relevant certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Networking, Cybersecurity or IT preferred.
• Experience managing Check Point platforms and troubleshooting rules.
• Solid firewall policies, NAT, traffic analysis and incident resolution.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet FortiGate.
• Strong networking fundamentals and complex incident diagnosis.
• Ability to work with multiple technologies (firewall, DNS, DHCP, proxy).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve perimeter security incidents related to firewalls and connectivity.
• Administer and provide operational support for Check Point platforms including rules, NAT, logs, and traffic troubleshooting.
• Support Palo Alto and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls in incidents and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with Networking to diagnose connectivity issues across routing, firewall, NAT, and external dependencies.
• Controlled firewall change management with impact analysis and documentation.
• Support perimeter security incidents across datacenters, remote offices, and industrial plants.
• Contribute to WAF/F5 scenarios, assisting in diagnosis and escalation processes.
• Act as N2/N3 escalation point and coordinate with the Security Architect.
• Document procedures, troubleshooting guides, validations and recurring solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end incident and change follow-up, including knowledge transfer from international teams.
