Job summary

NTT DATA busca Ingeniero/a de Redes IP y Backhaul LTE/5G (Nokia) para diseñar, configurar e implementar redes IP Backhaul y optimizar infraestructuras LTE/5G.

Trabajarás con equipos internos y clientes, manteniendo documentación técnica (HLD/LLD/NIP/MOP) y asegurando continuidad operativa. Se valora experiencia con Nokia y seguridad de redes.

Modalidad híbrida en Santiago; oportunidades de desarrollo y certificaciones, entorno diverso e inclusivo.

Qualifications

• Títulos de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en redes, telecomunicaciones o infraestructuras IP.
• Experiencia sólida en Networking/IP, especialmente Routing & Switching.
• Conocimientos de L2/L3VPN, MPLS, OSPF y BGP.
• Conocimientos de seguridad de infraestructura de red y herramientas de monitoreo.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar, configurar y validar redes IP Backhaul, con Nokia.
• Evaluar arquitecturas y topologías IP Mobile Backbone & Backhaul para mejora.
• Implementar y validar configuraciones de Routing & Switching (L2/L3, MPLS, OSPF, BGP).
• Analizar rendimiento y resolver incidencias de red y operación.
• Validar herramientas de monitoreo y seguridad para visibilidad y detección de incidentes.
• Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica (HLD/LLD/NIP/MOP/As-Built).
• Coordinar implementaciones con equipos y contratistas, remoto o terreno.

¿Cuál será tu desafío? Serás responsable de diseñar, configurar, implementar y optimizar redes IP Mobile Backbone & Backhaul que soportan infraestructuras de telecomunicaciones LTE/5G, con especial foco en equipamiento Nokia. Participarás en iniciativas de mejora de arquitectura, troubleshooting y seguridad de redes, contribuyendo a la continuidad operacional y al desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas para nuestros clientes.

Principales responsabilidades

• Diseñar, configurar y validar redes IP Backhaul, especialmente sobre equipamiento Nokia, que soportan servicios de conectividad LTE/5G.
• Evaluar arquitecturas y topologías de red IP Mobile Backbone & Backhaul, identificando oportunidades de mejora y optimización.
• Implementar y validar configuraciones de Routing & Switching, considerando protocolos L2/L3, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, L2VPN y L3VPN.
• Analizar el desempeño de la infraestructura mediante troubleshooting, diagnóstico de incidentes y resolución de problemas de conectividad y operación.
• Validar herramientas de monitoreo y eventos de seguridad, asegurando la visibilidad de la infraestructura y la detección de posibles incidentes.
• Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica, incluyendo HLD, LLD, NIP, MOP, ATP y As-Built, asegurando una correcta transición de las soluciones a operación.
• Coordinar implementaciones tecnológicas con equipos internos, clientes y empresas contratistas, de forma remota o en terreno cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos excluyentes

• Títuldos de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Redes, Informática, Sistemas o carrera afín.
• Contar con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en redes, telecomunicaciones, infraestructura IP o áreas relacionadas.
• Experiencia sólida en Networking/IP, especialmente en Routing & Switching.
• Conocimientos de protocolos L2/L3, incluyendo MPLS, OSPF y BGP.
• Experiencia en diseño y arquitectura de redes IP Mobile Backbone & Backhaul.
• Conocimientos de arquitecturas L2VPN y L3VPN.
• Experiencia en análisis, troubleshooting y resolución de problemas de redes.
• Conocimientos de seguridad de infraestructura de red, incluyendo Firewall, IPS/IDS y/o herramientas de monitoreo como Splunk.

Requisitos deseables

• Experiencia práctica con equipamiento Nokia, especialmente en Nivel de ingles intermedio (será evaluado) Configuración e implementación de redes IP Backhaul.
• Experiencia en tecnologías LTE/5G, idealmente en ambientes de minería.
• Conocimientos de ciberseguridad aplicada a infraestructura LTE y gestión de identidad y acceso.
• Experiencia en ambientes P5G, OT y PDN.
• Experiencia en implementación de controles de seguridad y monitoreo de infraestructura.
• Manejo de documentación técnica HLD, LLD, NIP, MOP, ATP y As-Built.
• Experiencia coordinando equipos técnicos y empresas contratistas.
• Certificaciones o formación especializada en Networking, Nokia, Ciberseguridad, ITIL o Gestión de Proyectos.
