Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our sponsor-dedicated team in a hybrid role. You will support site monitoring activities, ensure protocol compliance, and help maintain efficient trial operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare documentation, enter data, and track site performance while traveling about 25% as required. A life sciences or clinical research background and strong organizational skills are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
Experience in clinical research or site management preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

Assisting in monitoring clinical trial sites and ensuring adherence to study protocols and GCP.
Supporting site management activities, including documentation, data entry, and tracking site performance metrics.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address site-related issues effectively.
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and contributing to monitoring reports.
Participating in training and development initiatives for trial management.
