A leading health care provider based in Los Angeles seeks an experienced HR Specialist to manage employee leaves and accommodations in compliance with various laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of HR experience, and a strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation. This role involves supporting human resources processes and ensuring effective communication with employees regarding their rights and responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in Human Resources.
