Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the LATAM HR team, primarily in Chile. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, visas, relocation, and employee record management with a focus on benefits and wellbeing.

Strong English, MS Office skills, and HRIS familiarity are essential. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in administration, 2+ years on site projects, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of related experience with an Administration Degree.
• At least 2 years working with site projects, with experience in accreditation process for site accesses.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.
• Organizational and inter-personal skills, with great attitude towards teamwork.
• Advance English level, only.
• Familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous.
• Experience in HR Admin tasks like medical leaves and employee files administration.
• Ideally experience in payroll, benefits and relocation (visas, PETs, etc).

Responsibilities

• Onboarding tracker and registration of new joiners and terminations.
• Org. chart changes and employee files control.
• Update onboarding presentations and keep HR SharePoint updated.
• Prepare employment contracts and manage life and medical insurances.
• Handle vacation balance and staff lists; support health and safety.
• Coordinate benefits administration and staff events.
• Assist with end-to-end onboarding including logistics for large hiring waves.
• Respond to staff inquiries about HR policies and benefits.
