Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leader in hospitality management, seeks a Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance of our hotel properties. The role requires ensuring the working order of all mechanical equipment, supervising the maintenance team, and coordinating with contractors to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will lead maintenance programs, manage budgets, and protect asset integrity while delivering high-quality guest service across our properties.

Formación

• Vocational or technical training preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a similar hospitality maintenance role.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee maintenance department and supervise staff and contractors.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and asset protection programs.
• Prepare budgets and participate in capital planning.
• Coordinate with other departments and outside contractors.
