Courtyard by Marriott Santiago in Chile is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to ensure memorable stays and smooth check-ins and check-outs. You will guide guests through their entire stay and address requests, while sharing highlights of the local area.

From processing operational needs to completing reports, you’ll move about and stay on your feet, aiming to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every guest.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a memorable guest experience throughout the stay and support check-in/check-out processes.
• Assist guests with requests, readiness of rooms and information about local area highlights.
• Complete reports and communicate guest needs to the team to ensure service consistency.
