JBT Marel Corporation in Chile seeks a Supervisor, Warehouse to lead warehouse operations, coordinate with 3PLs, and ensure inventory accuracy. This role will report to the office or warehouse as needed and support inbound/outbound shipments.

You will monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and order accuracy, drive continuous improvement with partners, and work with customer service, sales, procurement, and operations to meet regional goals.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, import/export, supply chain, or trade compliance.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Nice to have: experience with customs brokers and international transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and monitor warehouse operations performed by 3PLs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation and cycle count reviews.
• Monitor warehouse and transportation KPIs, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory integrity, and service levels.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support customer requirements and business objectives.
• Investigate and resolve logistics and inventory discrepancies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with logistics partners.
