Datwyler Group, a Swiss high-tech healthcare components company, seeks a Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead global regulatory strategy across Healthcare, Medical Device, Food & Beverage, and selected industrial applications.

You will partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal and customers to build a high-performing regulatory function, oversee submissions, and drive intelligence and governance to enable sustainable growth.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in a scientific field relevant to regulatory affairs.
• Minimum 10 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in pharma, medical devices, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks and healthcare requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead global Regulatory Affairs strategy for Datwyler.
• Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements across global markets.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance for new products, materials, and growth initiatives.
• Translate regulatory developments into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Build regulatory roadmaps that support growth and long-term competitiveness.
