KF Ambiental Consulting seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager in Chile to coordinate and oversee project quality requirements across engineering, planning and delivery in a multidisciplinary, international project environment.

You will implement the Project Quality Management System, review documentation, manage NCRs and audits, and ensure compliance with client standards and ISO 9001. Travel to mining sites will be required, and English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Civil Construction, Execution Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Management and/or QA/QC functions.
• Formal Quality Management training/course.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Demonstrated experience in mining, industrial, construction and/or EPC/EPCM projects.
• Experience with Quality Plans, inspections, audits, NCRs, corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and client representatives.
• Professional working English, written and spoken, is required and must participate in international meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System and Project Quality Plan.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities across engineering and project execution.
• Review technical documentation, procedures, inspection requirements and quality records.
• Manage non-conformances (NCRs), corrective actions and follow-up activities.
• Support and participate in internal, external and client quality audits.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, procedures, applicable standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate quality interfaces with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Support quality reporting, KPIs, document traceability and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in technical reviews, inspections and project meetings as required.
