In this role, you'll take full ownership of features across the stack for a retail AI outfitting platform, spanning database design, backend API development, and the frontend interfaces colleagues rely on daily. Joining a team of experienced Clojure engineers, you'll build services that connect with LLM APIs, coordinate multi-step AI workflows, and support semantic search across large-scale product catalogs. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Experience working with LLM APIs in production settings, primarily calling and consuming them.
• Familiarity with REST API design principles.
• Comfort within the functional programming ecosystem, including tools like shadow-cljs, re-frame, and reagent.
• Exposure to prompt engineering or working with non-deterministic model outputs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
