Brand & Bot is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build production-ready web applications using React and Next.js, with hands-on API development.

You will work with designers, DevOps, and architects to deliver scalable solutions across front-end and back-end services, including SSR/SSG, headless CMS integrations, and secure APIs. Remote-first, client-facing experience valued, 2–4 years of experience.

• 2-4 years of professional full-stack or front-end experience.

• Familiar with auth flows and API security.
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.

The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React and Next.js, paired with hands‑on API and service development experience. You will work closely with designers, DevOps engineers, and solution architects to deliver production-ready, scalable applications for our clients.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack - from clean, performant front-end experiences to well-structured backend services.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js
• Develop and consume API-driven architectures (REST and/or GraphQL)
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static generation (SSG), and hybrid approaches in Next.js
• Collaborate with designers to translate UX and visual designs into high-quality UI
• Build and maintain backend services and API layers
• Integrate applications with headless CMS platforms
• Integrate applications with authentication and authorization systems
• Integrate applications with third-party services and data sources
• Ensure applications are performant, accessible, and production-ready
• Partner with DevOps engineers to support deployments and environment configuration
• Write clear, maintainable code with an emphasis on readability and reuse
• Contribute to technical documentation and implementation notes

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• 2-4 years of professional full-stack or front-end development experience
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Hands‑on experience building and consuming APIs
• Experience working with modern CSS approaches (CSS Modules, Tailwind, styled-components, etc.)
• Familiarity with server-side concepts (auth flows, API security, data handling)
• Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Comfortable working across DEV / STAGE / PROD environments
