Job summary

Truv, Inc. is building a secure, real-time API platform for payroll data and employment verification. We’re hiring a backend engineer to design, implement, and test cloud-based server-side Python code, focusing on performance and reliability.

You will work in a hybrid schedule in Santiago (3 days/week, Gran Torre Costanera). Requires strong Python, 5+ years’ experience, DevOps/AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and advanced English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python and backend development.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of Python
• 5+ years of experience
• Knowledge in DevOps / AWS / Containerization tools such as Docker.
• Working experience with CI/CD
• Advanced English communication skills
• Availability to work on hybrid schedule in Santiago, Chile (3 days per week, Offices located in Gran torre Costanera)
