This contractor role pays per task, requires strong English skills, and you must be eligible to work as a freelancer from the countries listed on Karat's site. Remote work available.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years as a software developer or engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Reliable access to webcam, microphone, and stable Internet.
• Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform.
• Evaluate candidate performance, coding style, and knowledge.
• Partner with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
