Job summary

Roche Chile is seeking a Financial Controlling Analyst to oversee financial reporting, planning, and accounting execution. You will report to the Country Finance Manager and collaborate with the Shared Service Center in Costa Rica and LATAM Finance Team.

The role focuses on delivering insights, driving cost discipline, and ensuring IFRS compliance within a hybrid / on-site Santiago setup. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in FP&A, cost controlling, or financial accounting.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder insight.
• Proactive, adaptable, growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance presentations.
• Drive cost discipline and analyze variances for budget control.
• Lead annual 1–4 year financial planning cycles.
• Oversee month-end closing with IFRS alignment.
• Foster process simplification and automation.
• Ensure financial governance and internal controls.
• Guide the Finance Trainee with day-to-day support.
