Job Description

We are located in Vitacura and seeking a Financial Coordinator to join our team of professionals.

The purpose of the role is to ensure an efficient level of support services in the country, promoting process optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance and proper internal controls.

The main mission of the position is to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial information, implement corporate policies and guidelines, and conduct financial statement analyses that support the company’s strategic decision-making.

The responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate the Finance team and all functions within the area: Accounting & Reporting, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and Insurance & Risk Management.
  • Review monthly results and oversee performance against objectives and budget. Prepare periodic cost reports by cost center, business unit, more detailed levels, and products, supporting decision-making and business performance.
  • Prepare and submit reporting required by various internal areas and corporate headquarters.
  • Produce accurate, timely reports aligned with corporate standards.
  • Maintain a solid accounting and financial foundation for the company.
Qualifications
  • Advanced or bilingual English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and prepare financial reports in English (mandatory).
  • 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and management control, including at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role (Business Controlling or Finance Business Partner).
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for cost optimization, improved profitability, and operational efficiency through proactive financial analysis and collaborative work with different areas.
  • Experience implementing financial processes and systems, and project management (desirable).
  • Education or previous experience in financial auditing (preferred).
  • Experience in post-merger integration projects (desirable).
