Johnson & Johnson Chile seeks an External Affairs & Patient Advocacy Groups Manager to lead the external affairs and patient advocacy strategy within Chile, aligning with public policy and regulatory priorities.

The role emphasizes building strategic relationships with authorities, industry bodies, and patient organizations, ensuring compliant, non-promotional engagement and advancing access to innovation for the Chilean healthcare system.

Formación

• University degree required; postgraduate studies in related fields valued.
• 5–6 years of experience with at least 3 years in External Affairs, Government Affairs, Public Affairs or related areas.
• Solid knowledge of the Chilean healthcare system, public policy-making processes, legislative and regulatory dynamics.
• Experience engaging with authorities, industry associations, civil society, and patient organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Map trends in the Chilean healthcare environment and translate into analysis, recommendations and action plans for internal teams and regional leadership.
• Design and execute the annual institutional Patient Advocacy strategy for Chile, acting as the internal focal point for PAGs interactions by aligning External Affairs and Medical Affairs priorities, integrating therapeutic area needs and budgets.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with authorities, industry associations, scientific societies, think tanks, civil society organizations, patient associations, caregiver networks and coalitions in Chile.
