The ideal candidate should preferably be a High School Graduate with at least one year of experience. ANSI Accredited Food Handler certification is also required. Position Summary

Under general supervision completes all of the required tasks for patient tray cart delivery/pick up and/or pot and pan cleaning as well as departmental sanitation. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: None
• Preferred Education: High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum Experience: NA
• Preferred Experience: 1 year of experience
• Required Certifications/License: ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler or ANSI Accredited Food Manager course or Certified Food Manager from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District
