Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media programs for US clients. You’ll manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and client relationships.

You’ll keep projects on time and on budget, coordinate with strategists, writers and designers, and keep internal teams unblocked. This is a full-time remote role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
